As part of our commitment to delivering exemplary service to all BAE Systems customers we invite you to join Avis Preferred.
By joining Avis Preferred and registering your driving license and credit card we can ensure your journey is even faster with less hassle. By registering your details you only need to present your valid driving license at the Avis Preferred counter to get your keys and go.
To complete your Avis Preferred application, you will need:
- Your driver's licence
- Your corporate credit card
Use the link above and enter you work email address, please note ‘Company password’ is not required. You will be able to select your business unit and AWD number from the company drop down box in the personal details section. It is advisable to provide your business mobile telephone number when registering in case Avis need to contact you regarding a booking when you may be out of the office.
What is an AWD – this is the ‘U’ number that appears after ‘your company name’ and is the Avis Worldwide
Discount code that links your business area to the BAE Systems corporate rates and insurance requirements
Once you have completed the sign-up process you will receive a unique preferred ID number. This may also
be referred to as a wizard number.
